Age Limit:- The age of the candidate applying for the post of District Judge should have attained the age of 35 years and must not have attained the age of 48 years.
Qualification:- Candidate applying for the post of District Judge should have hold of degree in Law. Candidate must be practicing as an Advocate in the High Court or courts subordinate thereto for not less than 7 years on the date of publication of the advertisement and while computing the period for practicing as an Advocate, the period during which he / she has field the post of Public Prosecutor or government advocate or judicial officer shall be included.
Application Fee:- Candidates applying for the post of District Judge are required to pay application fees Rs 1000/- for General category and Rs 500/- for backward class should be paid only in the form of Demand Draft in favor of “Assistant Registrar, for Registrar General, High Court, A.S Bombay” and be sent by Registered post, A.D, so as to reach the Office of the Registrar General, High Court, Fort, Mumbai – 400032.
