Age Limit:- The age of the candidates applying for the position of Hydraulic Engineer should be 62 years.

Qualification:- Candidates applying for the position of Hydraulic Engineer should have Degree in Civil Engineering of a recognized university or equivalent OR M.Sc. in Physics / Mathematical. Candidates should have knowledge of computer programming. Candidate should have General knowledge in dredging operations in navigation channel alongside berths and analysis thereof.

Experience:- Candidates applying for the position of Hydraulic Engineer should have minimum experience of 15 years in hydraulic investigation or Coastal waters or inlets and esturian problems out of which 5 years should be in a responsible officer grade. Candidates must be familiar with hydraulic models.
