Maharashtra TISS recruitment 2016 Assistant Professor 3 posts :- Tata institute of social sciences (TISS) invites application for the position of 03 assistant professor vacancies on contractual basis. Apply before 16th May 2016.

Age Limit:- The age of the candidate will be according to rules and regulation of Tata institute of social sciences (TISS).

Qualification:- Candidates should have good academic record with at – least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of “B” in the 7 point scale with letter grades O / A / B / C / D / E and F at the master degree (or equivalent) level and a Ph.D. degree in economics / sociology / political science or history from an accredited Indian / foreign university.

Selection Procedure:- The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.

Application fee:- Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 500/- for general categories candidates / other backward class categories candidates through online. Schedule caste categories candidates / Schedule tribe categories candidates / person with disabilities categories candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
